Powerbocking for
charity again!
When I'm not chained to my sewing machine or being
a Sandtrooper/Ghostbuster, one of my other interests is Powerbocking,
or "jumping about on power stilts". If you've never
heard of Power Stilts then click HERE to see them being used to their full potential! You can run at
25mph, take 9ft strides and jump 6ft in the air. Oh what pure,
dangerous fun :D

In March I did the Sport Relief Mile (twice!) and
raised £247.
On 1st June I'll be in London with another group of Bockers for
the "Walk for Life", in aid of Crusaid.
Crusaid has spent the past 22 years helping people
who are affected by HIV and AIDS and living in poverty, in both
the UK and Africa.
Their vision is a world where people living with
HIV and AIDS can live with dignity and have a decent quality of
life, whatever their circumstances.
Since 1986, they've raised over £26 million
and supported over 1,000 projects in the UK and Africa. One in
three people diagnosed with HIV in the UK have been helped by
Crusaid’s Hardship Fund.
With around 70,000 HIV positive people in the UK,
and an incredible 22.5 million people living with HIV in Africa,
Crusaid is needed now more than ever.
I'll be bocking in full Cyberpunk gear or Ghostbuster
gear (with inflatable Proton Pack) - or if it's gonna be too darn
hot I may plump for the black hotpants ;o)
